CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND FEES

Free cancellation D – 8.

If the cancellation occurs within 2 days preceding the arrival date or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the first night, without extras will be charged and non-refundable. If canceled from the 3rd day to the 7th day, 50% of the first night, without extras, will be charged and non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be returned to you after deduction of cancellation fees (except for non-cancelable/non-refundable offers).

If breakfast is taken during your reservation, it is considered non-refundable if it is canceled or not consumed.

TAXES

Prices are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes
may be requested at an additional cost.

ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME

Your room will be available at reception from the time indicated below
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than on time.
shown below. Billing for an additional night may result from non-compliance with this
departure deadline.
It is recommended to use the “Comments or additional information” box on the form
reservation to notify you of your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

Reception opening hours: From 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday to Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday
